Jillian’s Outfit in Sketches
January 27, 2012 – 8:38 am
This sketch was a long time coming – I met Jillian at this photoshoot for the Lucky Style Collective in Lucky Mag, and I knew the moment she introduced herself that I was a fan.
Check out her website, Nova Style - the girl has impeccable taste.
She is also living proof that New York isn’t such a big city after all because we once ran into each other in the same car on the #6 train headed to Brooklyn! I love when shit like that happens.
The Media Blitz Continues
January 25, 2012 – 11:19 am
When it rains it pours, I guess? In addition to a pretty amazing Refinery 29 feature, the great folks over at Ready Set DC thought I’d make a willing and eager subject – they were right – for an interview, a photoshoot, AND a video.
Thanks to the amazing folks (and new friends) who photographed, videoed, and wrote both pieces – you made me look good, and for that I am eternally grateful.
Did This Actually Happen?
January 23, 2012 – 11:03 am
Dare I do it? Dare I post a photo of myself?

Ok, for Refinery 29, I will.
I am seriously honored and flattered and more than a little flabbergasted that I am featured today on Refinery 29 DC’s Girl Next Door.
PS, you should know that my room underwent a deep clean of epic proportions before this all went down. It felt real nice when I finished, though. Real nice.
Big Game Hunting
January 17, 2012 – 8:43 am
So far, the new year has offered some crazy life twists – and this definitely includes my friend Noah. The aforementioned dinner party was the inaugural feast for Noah’s start up company, Feastly, which “connects hungry diners with passionate cooks, offering authentic meals prepared and served in a cook’s home.” Translation: amazing food, cozy settings, and new excuses to dress up.
