I have a lot of opinions when it comes to choosing a career path, or a major, or just feeling like you’re on the right path… so when Shelby, the editor of Tote – a magazine for college girls – hit me up for an interview, I did not hesitate to say yes. If you asked me what I would be doing when I graduated from college, there is absolutely no way in hell I would give you an answer that reflects today’s truth.

Congrats on the great writeup. I agree with your point about not comparing yourself to others; instead thinking what you could do that would make life as satisfying as someone else’s you perceive to be great.

Also judging by your name, I’m going to guess the appropriate thing to do is also to wish you a happy (belated) Rosh Hashanah.

it’s stories like yours that remind me that it’s 100% OK to be 24 and not have nailed down a career path quite yet. I have my passions, I have my education, and I have my 9-5 work, and while they don’t have much to do with each other right now, I know that it takes time to find the right balance and fit.

p.s. love your look in the magazine – so fierce!
