Survey Says…

Among the projects that kept me busy in the month of June? Illustrating the storyboards for this Lucky Magazine survey. Here’s what that dear ol’ mag has to say about it:

“How great would it be if you could browse your favorite store online and then try on all your picks in store?

Have you passed someone in a party wearing your dream outfit and wished you could snap a photo to see all the pieces and where to buy them?

We’re brainstorming futuristic shopping situations like these and want your creative feedback.

The sky’s the limit so get inspired and excited, and let us know what you think!

As a thank you for taking part in the survey, you will be entered for a chance to win one of three American Express gift cards – $3000, $1000, and $750.”

CLICK HERE to take the survey! (*POST SCRIPT: SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED!) To qualify, you must be either a Lucky Mag subscriber (wait! don’t you want to see my illustrations in there every month? Because every time I open up a new issue, I still get goosebumps), or a very savvy female shopper who makes a certain amount of bank.

Oh, and real talk: this assignment truly pushed me to my limits – in the best of  ways. I am always thankful for new challenges that stretch my capabilities, and so, SO blessed to have the support of Lucky Magazine.

Wait, this is seriously what you turned in? I love your sketches, but this is not up to your usual quality – it looks flat and amateur-ish. I could have done something like this in high school, and that is not a compliment.
