Signing up for this was either a very good idea or a very bad idea. I’ve teamed up with Scoutmob to bring you semi-reg sketches inspired by an outfit dreamed up at one of DC’s many amazing local boutiques/hotspots/general places for cool people only. First up was a visit (with my best blogger pal) to Nana - a trip I found to be so delightful I ended up going home with half of the stuff I “tried on.” We’ll see if I can resist temptation in the future, stay tuned for the next Illustrative Style with Scoutmob!

HI! This is the first comment I leave on your page. I must say…I LOVE IT. You are so talented and your project of making sketches in your posts is so ORIGINAL.
I have a question for you, because I am very attracted by this world…what kind of colors do you use for your drawings? Because they seem so real, just like on fashion magazines!
Thank you so much, have a nice day!
Congrats on the feature–and I love the skirt and shoes!
